Role & Responsibilities

The Research Associate will primarily support the management and execution of clinical research projects, acting as a crucial link between the sponsor and the project team. Key responsibilities include:

Client Support: Providing direct support to clients regarding CRO services and acting as the main point of communication to resolve project-related queries.
Project Coordination: Coordinating with all cross-functional teams for the development and support of Clinical Research Projects.
Monitoring & Control: Planning, monitoring, and controlling various phases of different projects and providing progress updates to the management.
Deliverable Management: Ensuring project deliverables are met according to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Preparation of service agreements and other confidential documents.
- Preparation and review of in-house Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensuring timely submission of DCGI NOC documents (No Objection Certificate) for BA/BE (Bioavailability/Bioequivalence) studies.
