The Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), an Institute of the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council (BRIC), is conducting walk-in interviews for multiple project-based positions at its facility in the NCR Biotech Science Cluster, Faridabad. These roles focus on cutting-edge research in infectious diseases, including SARS-CoV-2, Tuberculosis, and Influenza A viruses.

Note on Tiered Emoluments:
- Tier 1: Applicable for candidates who have qualified National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, or equivalent national-level exams).

Key Job Requirements by Post

| RA-I | Virus culture, infectious titer, virus isolation, viral nucleic acid isolation, virus neutralization assay, immunological assays (ELISA, Immunoblotting), and experience in BSL3 Laboratory and animal handling. |
| PA-I | Hands-on experience in DNA cloning, protein purification, western blots, FACS, biophysical techniques, animal handling, and basic microbiology techniques (growth curves, CFU analysis). |
| PA-II (Wastewater) | Knowledge of genomics, proteomics, or metabolomics. Hands-on experience in microbial culture and maintenance. |
| PA-II (Vaccine) | Experience in in-vitro transcription, RNA purification, HPLC/FPLC, lipid nanoparticle production, Mammalian cell culture, and recombinant DNA. |
