This role focuses on the management of legacy products and site information within the global regulatory and pharmacovigilance framework. The successful candidate will act as a key technical liaison for users worldwide, ensuring the integrity of the company’s regulatory data.
Key Responsibilities & System Management
The role is centered around Veeva Vault RIM (Regulatory Information Management), a critical platform for global pharmaceutical compliance.
- Data Integrity: Perform functional reviews of regulatory information entered into Vault RIM by global and regional affiliate users.
- Technical Support: Provide direct guidance to international users on data entry procedures and technical setup.
- Publishing Support: Assist the regulatory publishing team by ensuring export file names are correctly configured for submission tasks.
- Template Development: Create and update country-specific submission binder templates to ensure alignment with local health authority guidelines.
- Metadata Accuracy: Ensure that document-level metadata is precise and categorized correctly to facilitate easy retrieval and reporting.
