Elanco Animal Health, the world’s third-largest animal health company and a former subsidiary of Eli Lilly, is looking for a skilled R&D Associate to join its global regulatory team in Bangalore.

This role focuses on the management of legacy products and site information within the global regulatory and pharmacovigilance framework. The successful candidate will act as a key technical liaison for users worldwide, ensuring the integrity of the company’s regulatory data.

Key Responsibilities & System Management

The role is centered around Veeva Vault RIM (Regulatory Information Management), a critical platform for global pharmaceutical compliance.

Data Integrity: Perform functional reviews of regulatory information entered into Vault RIM by global and regional affiliate users.
Technical Support: Provide direct guidance to international users on data entry procedures and technical setup.
Publishing Support: Assist the regulatory publishing team by ensuring export file names are correctly configured for submission tasks.
Template Development: Create and update country-specific submission binder templates to ensure alignment with local health authority guidelines.
Metadata Accuracy: Ensure that document-level metadata is precise and categorized correctly to facilitate easy retrieval and reporting.
