Amneal Pharmaceuticals, a global leader with a portfolio of over 270 high-quality medicines, is expanding its Manufacturing team at the Rajoda (Ahmedabad) facility. They are seeking skilled professionals for their Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing units, specifically in Granulation, Coating, and Capsule departments.
Department: Manufacturing (OSD)
1. Officer / Executive
- Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2–7 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of commercial and stability batches according to BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packing Record).
- Ensuring strict adherence to cGMP compliance and approved SOPs.
- Supporting equipment qualification activities, including IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification).
- Conducting rigorous in-process checks and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
2. Assistant / Associate (Machine Operator)
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 2–7 Years
- Specializations:
- Pellet Coating: Expertise in operating advanced pellet coating equipment.
- Capsule Manufacturing: Experience in operating and cleaning capsule filling machines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Safe operation and sanitation of manufacturing equipment.
- Handling of specialized tooling, change parts, and materials.
- Maintaining the manufacturing area in a sanitized, audit-ready condition.
Core Skills Required
- Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Experience in handling batch documentation and shop-floor records.
- Proficiency in operating OSD-specific machinery (Granulators, Coaters, Capsule Fillers).
- Ability to perform equipment cleaning and line clearance as per SOPs.
