Training & Career Progression
Selected candidates will undergo a structured professional journey:
- Internship: 3 months of intensive training at the Macleods Centre of Excellence (Sarigam).
- Stipend: Paid during the entire internship period.
- Placement: Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be promoted to “Trainee” positions at Macleods’ manufacturing locations.
