Project Focus: Fungal Diagnostics
The project aims to tackle “Neglected Public Health Concerns” by developing innovative diagnostic tools. Fungal infections, often overlooked, require rapid and precise detection methods to improve patient outcomes.
Desired Interdisciplinary Skills:
The project investigator is looking for candidates who can contribute to:
- Nanobioengineering & Material Science: Developing sensors and diagnostic substrates.
- Device Development: Optoelectronic device integration and 3D printing for rapid prototyping.
- Public Health Management: Experience with organizations like AIIMS, NHM, or NACO is highly valued.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Essential Qualifications
- First Class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG degrees) with three years of relevant experience.
- OR a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
2. Desirable Profile
- Background in Health and Technology.
- Strong record of Scientific Publications and Patents.
- Proficiency in data analysis, project management tools, and scientific report writing.
