Apotex Inc., a Canadian-based global health leader, is hosting a walk-in interview drive for its Bangalore manufacturing facility. With a presence in over 75 countries, Apotex is looking for experienced professionals to join its Solid Oral Dosage (SOD) production team.

Core Responsibilities
The role involves supervising and executing manufacturing operations across several key pharmaceutical sections:
- Compression & Encapsulation: Ensuring precise weight and hardness of tablets/capsules.
- Coating: Overseeing the application of protective or functional layers on tablets.
- Packing: Managing high-speed Blister and Bottle packing lines.
- Compliance: Strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Audit Readiness: Maintaining the facility to meet international standards such as USFDA, MHRA, and Health Canada.
Technical & Regulatory Skills
- Machine Knowledge: Familiarity with the operation and cleaning of standard SOD equipment.
- Data Integrity: Strong understanding of ALCOA+ principles and 21CFR Part 210/211.
- EHS: Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety standards in a manufacturing setup.
- Leadership: Ability to train shop-floor operators and lead cross-functional discussions with QA, QC, and Engineering.
