The company is inviting experienced professionals in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) to join its world-class manufacturing facility in Genome Valley, Hyderabad.

Department-Wise Opportunities
1. Quality Control (QC)
Candidates can apply across three specialized sections based on their technical expertise:
- Chemical Section:
- Analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Proficiency in HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and Dissolution testing.
- Management of stability and validation samples.
- Documentation of Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results.
- Virology Section:
- Expertise in PCR, qPCR, and RT-PCR.
- Mammalian and Viro cell line maintenance.
- Performance of viral infectivity assays (Plaque assay, TCID50, focus assays).
- Knowledge of ELISA and immunoassays.
- Microbiology Section:
- Sterility testing via membrane filtration or direct inoculation.
- Bioburden and microbial enumeration.
- Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET/LAL) – gel clot, kinetic, and chromogenic methods.
- Media preparation and growth promotion testing.
2. Quality Assurance (QA)
The QA department is seeking professionals for oversight and systemic compliance:
- Quality Management System (QMS): Handling deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), Change Control, and Risk Assessment.
- QA Operations (QAO): Ensuring GMP documentation and strict data integrity compliance.
- In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA): Providing line clearances, in-process compliance, and reviewing Batch Manufacturing & Packing Records (BMR/BPR).
- Sterility Assurance: Focused on validation and qualification of sterile processes.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related technical fields.
- Experience: 02 to 12 years specifically within Injectable or Vaccine manufacturing units.
- Note: Candidates must be comfortable working in shifts as per manufacturing requirements.
