Role & Requirements
Amneal is looking for candidates who bring solid experience from regulated injectable environments, focusing on the precision and quality standards required for sterile packing.
- Designation: Officer to Executive
- Department: Injectable Packing
- Experience: 03 to 08 years (Experience in a regulated injectable plant is mandatory).
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / BE / Diploma.
Technical Skills & Job Profile
The ideal candidate must be proficient in the following operational and quality-driven tasks:
- Machine Operation: Operating manual, semi-automatic, and automatic packing machines strictly as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Batch Integrity: Ensuring accurate labeling, including Batch Numbers, MRP, Manufacturing, and Expiry details.
- Quality Assurance: Performing rigorous visual inspections for leakage, damage, or mislabeling; reporting any deviations or abnormalities immediately.
- Compliance: Adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP, and HACCP standards.
- Operational Excellence: Maintaining 5S cleanliness standards in the packing area while achieving output targets and packing speeds.
