Key Responsibilities
- Study Design & Execution: Lead in vitro (cell-based/biochemical) and in vivo pharmacology studies, including efficacy and dose-response trials.
- Disease Modeling: Establish and evaluate disease models for CNS, metabolic disorders, inflammation, and oncology.
- Documentation: Prepare study plans, protocols, and reports; coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) for GLP/non-GLP data reviews.
- Regulatory Support: Contribute to regulatory documents such as Investigator Brochures and the preclinical sections of Common Technical Documents (CTD).
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, ethical guidelines, and CPCSEA/IAEC protocols.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Liaise with Toxicology, Formulation, and DMPK teams to provide insights for lead optimization and candidate selection.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. / M.Pharm / M.Sc. in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Life Sciences.
- Core Expertise: Extensive experience in preclinical drug discovery and a deep understanding of lead optimization processes.
