Bioplus, a pharmaceutical leader for over 78 years, is expanding its focus on Biotechnology. We are currently a late-stage clinical phase company with programs ready for Global Clinical Phase 3. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in the following capacities:
1. API Process Design & Engineering
- Education: PhD / MSc
- Experience: 15+ years in biopharmaceutical/API manufacturing.
- Core Expertise: Fermentation, scale-up, automation, and cGMP compliance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive fermentation process design and downstream purification.
- Manage technology transfer from R&D to commercial manufacturing.
- Oversee process automation (DCS/SCADA) and Industry 4.0 integration.
- Ensure strict adherence to US FDA, EU GMP, and ICH standards.
2. Officer / Executive – Production
- Education: B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in Granulation, Compression, Capsule Filling, and Coating.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documentation.
- Execute line clearances and coordinate with QA/QC and Engineering.
- Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively with manpower in Kannada or Hindi.
