Bausch + Lomb, a global leader in eye health, is seeking a dedicated Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join their team in Gurgaon. This role is pivotal in managing Global Safety Agreements and ensuring compliance across international markets.
Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Agreement Management: Prepare, maintain, and track Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEAs) and other third-party/intercompany contracts.
- Quality Control: Manage data entry and perform QC within the Global Agreements Tracking tool.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary contact for business partners, regulatory authorities, and internal departments (Legal, Medical Affairs, Clinical Ops).
- Compliance: Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), working instructions, and templates.
- Global Support: Support the Global Agreements Lead across all regions.
Candidate Requirements
- Background: Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or Nursing is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Pharmacovigilance; experience in regulatory affairs or safety agreements is a significant plus.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
