Derren Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., a trusted partner in global Contract Development and Manufacturing with over 35 years of industry leadership, is looking for skilled professionals to join their Formulation & Development (F&D) team. This specialized role focuses exclusively on Injectable products.
Core Responsibilities
- Formulation Design: Develop and optimize specialized injectable formulations, including liquid, lyophilized, and sterile products.
- Studies & Analysis: Lead pre-formulation studies and compatibility analysis to ensure product integrity.
- Batch Execution: Execute trial batches and drive process optimization for maximum efficiency.
- Tech Transfer: Seamlessly transition technology from R&D to full-scale production.
- Quality & Stability: Conduct stability studies following ICH guidelines and troubleshoot issues involving sterility and particulate matter.
- Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation standards, including BMR, BPR, protocols, and technical reports.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics preferred).
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of injectable formulations, Aseptic practices, GMP, and ICH Guidelines.
