
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur, has invited applications from qualified candidates for the position of Research Associate-III on a purely temporary basis. The recruited fellow will work under the Department of Health Research (DHR)-sponsored project titled “Technical Resource Centre under the Centre for Evidence for Guideline” within the Department of Pharmacology.
Position Details & Compensation

- Tenure: Initial appointment for 6 months, extendable up to 1 year based on project needs and performance.
- Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 67,000 + HRA per month.
- Upper Age Limit: Up to 35 years as on the date of the interview.
Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualifications:
- Ph.D. / MD / MS / MDS or equivalent degree.
- OR
- MVSc / M.Pharm / M.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc. degree with a minimum of 3 years of active research experience and at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior hands-on experience handling medical systematic review projects.
- Solid working knowledge of biostatistics and scientific paper writing.
- Authorship (first or corresponding author) in Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses published in SCIE Q1 journals.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools such as R Programming, STATA, or Python.
Job Responsibilities & Selection Process
- Key Roles: The candidate will assist the Principal Investigator (PI) in conducting and drafting systematic reviews for clinical guideline development, alongside coordinating workflows across designated review centres.
- Selection Mode: Direct Walk-In Interview. A screening test may be conducted in case of a high turnout of applicants.
- Interview Venue: Room No. 233, Department of Pharmacology, Second Floor, Institutional Block, AIIMS Jodhpur.
- Reporting Schedule: 11:00 AM.
