Eligibility Criteria
- Essential: Graduation in a relevant discipline from a recognized University or Institute.
- Desirable: MBA or Post Graduate Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification work experience in HR-related operational activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in the complete recruitment lifecycle: job posting drafting, application screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation.
- Draft official letters, internal memos, and formal HR communications.
- Maintain employee records, HR department databases, and correspondence files.
- Support training calendars, attendance logging, and feedback collection.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions including vendor interaction, stationery management, facility maintenance, and event planning.
