The company is seeking an experienced, shop-floor-driven pharmaceutical professional with proven leadership capabilities to manage production operations, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence at its Ahmedabad facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Production & Packaging Operations: Lead end-to-end pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging lines to consistently meet production schedules, quality standards, and dispatch commitments.
- cGMP & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), BMR/BPR protocols, data integrity, and statutory guidelines.
- Audit Readiness & Quality Systems: Maintain round-the-clock audit readiness; lead investigation and root-cause analysis for deviations, Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), CAPA implementation, and change controls.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor and drive improvements in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as line yield, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), rework reduction, downtime minimization, and resource optimization.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Engineering, EHS, and Supply Chain teams for uninterrupted shop-floor execution.
- Technology Transfer & Scale-up: Actively support scale-up trials, process validation, new product introductions (NPI), and commercial transfers.
- Safety & People Management: Promote a safety-first environment complying with EHS norms; mentor, train, and deploy technical teams effectively.
Eligibility Criteria & Skill Set
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech (Chemical/Biotech) or equivalent degree.
- Experience: 8 to 18 years of relevant industrial exposure in sterile and injectable pharmaceutical formulation units.
- Core Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of sterile manufacturing, cleanroom behavior, and aseptic processing.
- Strong familiarity with regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, WHO, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise with SAP / ERP systems for documentation and inventory transactions.
- Exceptional problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional leadership skills.
