Eligibility & Qualifications

Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Dispensation & Oversight: Accurately compounding, reviewing, labeling, and dispensing prescription medications while verifying dosages and therapeutic compatibility.
- Clinical Monitoring: Conducting Medication Therapy Management (MTM), counseling patients regarding treatment adherence and lifestyle adjustments, and monitoring for adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
- Inventory Control & Quality Assurance: Conducting periodic stock audits, updating shelf-life dates, receiving vendor shipments, and coordinating defective/expired batch recalls with MMDSL district warehouses.
- Regulatory Compliance: Upholding statutory storage, safety, recordkeeping, and controlled substance monitoring protocols.
- Operational Readiness: Maintaining facility orderliness, generating seasonal consumption forecasts, and remaining accessible for on-call duties when required.
