Key Responsibilities

Governance Board Management: Facilitate operational logistics, agenda planning, meeting administration, and action-item tracking across global PV governance boards.
Regulatory Surveillance: Maintain end-to-end tracking and surveillance of evolving international PV regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.
Process Maturity & Inspection Readiness: Oversee procedural impact assessments to ensure global PV processes, standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) remain compliant and audit-ready.
Training Frameworks: Monitor and ensure organizational training completion, timeliness, and compliance records across the global PV infrastructure.
Procedural Ownership: Act as a deputy owner for designated procedural documents within the PV Process Excellence ecosystem.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.
Core Competencies:
- Proven track record in PV operations, quality management systems (QMS), compliance, governance, or QPPV Office activities.
- In-depth understanding of global safety regulations and translating them into operational standards.
- Prior experience in regulatory intelligence, process governance, and training administration preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and English communication skills.
