IQVIA is seeking experienced Clinical Data Management professionals for the role of Data Team Lead (DTL) / Associate based out of Kochi, India, operating under a hybrid model.

Core Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end clinical data management (CDM) deliverables across single or multi-service projects within defined budgets and Scope of Work (SOW) timelines.
Gather study setup requirements in collaboration with cross-functional project stakeholders.
Oversee and perform routine data cleaning, query management, and validation of new device/system integrations.
Lead internal study meetings, study kick-offs, and internal/sponsor audit interactions.
Collaborate with the programming and technical teams to drive process automation, innovation, and database revisions.
Mentor and train new joiners, oversee project risk mitigation, and assist in maintaining operating procedures and working instructions.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health, Clinical, Biological, Mathematical Sciences, or related discipline.
Experience: 3–4 years of direct CDM experience, with at least 1 year serving as a Clinical Data Management project lead preferred.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Advanced understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research standards.
- Proficiency in core computer tools (advanced MS Excel, Word, and collaborative platforms).
- High-level fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership, project planning, and communication capabilities.
