Core Responsibilities

Manage incoming safety-related queries and determine clear action plans for incoming calls.
Collect, track, verify, and process incoming adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) from clinical trials and post-marketing sources.
Draft accurate and compliant safety narratives.
Compile and report on structured clinical safety and pharmacovigilance data.
Liaise directly with investigative clinical study sites and cross-functional teams to maintain strict safety compliance and follow standard operating procedures.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (B.Pharm, Pharm.D, Pharmacology, Nursing, or related life sciences).
Experience: Prior background in clinical safety, case processing, clinical research operations, or post-marketing pharmacovigilance (PV) is preferred.
Skill Set:
- Strong working command of English (both written and verbal).
- In-depth understanding of medical terminology and adverse event nomenclature.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- High organizational accuracy and effective multi-department communication skills.
