Ipca Laboratories Walk-In Interviews: Hiring for Production and Packing Roles in Indore

Ipca Laboratories, a rapidly growing Indian pharmaceutical company with a strong global presence, is conducting a walk-in interview for its manufacturing sites in Athal and Piparia. The company, known for its world-class, USFDA-approved facilities, is seeking experienced professionals to join its Production and Packing teams.

Vacancies and Required Skills

Ipca is looking for candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience for the following departments:

Production

Positions: Supervisor, Technician, Jr. Officer, Officer, and Senior Officer.
Qualifications: SSC, HSC, ITI, D.Pharm, or B.Pharm.
Job Responsibilities: Candidates must have hands-on experience in the operation and supervision of key processes such as Compression, Granulation, and Coating.

Packing

Positions: Supervisor, Technician, Jr. Officer, Officer, and Senior Officer.
Qualifications: SSC, HSC, ITI, D.Pharm, or B.Pharm.
Job Responsibilities: This role requires experience in operating and supervising packing machines like CAM, IMA, Blister, CVC, and Cartonator. Knowledge of QMS (Quality Management System) documentation is also a key requirement.

What to Bring: Candidates must carry an updated resume, a recent passport-size photo, and original plus photocopies of all relevant documents. This includes educational certificates (final year mark sheets/degree), previous company experience letters, salary slips, and a detailed CTC breakup.

Only candidates with prior experience in regulated plants (USFDA, MHRA) should apply.
The company will not consider candidates who have been interviewed at Ipca’s Athal site in the last six months.
