
Cipla is looking for a Team Member – Launch Execution to manage new product launches in various global markets. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and commercially successful introduction of new products. The position requires seamless coordination with multiple internal and external teams to meet revenue targets and maintain operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving Revenue: Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for new products are met.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with teams such as Launch Project Management, SCM, Demand Planning, and Material Planning to execute pre- and post-launch activities smoothly.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with customers and business partners to handle purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation.
- Performance Analysis: Tracking new product forecasts and actual revenues, analyzing on-time delivery performance, and preparing reports for senior management.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing key metrics and suggesting improvements to the launch process.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or biotechnology is preferred. An MBA or a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management is highly desirable.
- Experience: Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in relevant roles within the pharmaceutical industry, such as Launch Excellence, Business Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, or Commercial Excellence.
