This position, based in Mumbai, focuses primarily on the Gastro therapy segment.

Position Details
The company is hiring for two levels based on experience:
- Product Manager: Requires 3 to 4 years of experience in Pharma Marketing.
- Group Product Manager: Requires 8+ years of experience in Pharma Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will engage in a broad spectrum of strategic and tactical marketing activities:
1. Strategy and Promotion:
- Develop comprehensive marketing and promotional plans tailored to support the end consumer’s needs.
- Write and execute strategic business and marketing plans through collaboration with influential prescribers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), round tables, and other advisory groups.
- Translate the corporate brand strategy, including visual identity and logos, in close coordination with the headquarters.
- Collaborate with internal and external media to ensure the proper execution of strategies.
2. Financial and Business Management:
- Take joint financial responsibility for managing and analyzing budgets, including those for advertising, promotions, conferences, symposia, and product documentation (such as sales brochures and website content).
- Initiate and coordinate marketing activities and projects.
- Provide strategic input into the overall corporate product strategy.
3. Market Intelligence and Outreach:
- Monitor business performance and ensure portfolio growth through regular tracking and analysis.
- Glean essential market intelligence via primary research and direct customer connect initiatives.
- Visit national and international congresses, hospitals, and KOLs.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a discussion partner for various Decision-Making Units (DMUs), including general practitioners, medical specialists, pharmacists, local and national formulary committees, and insurance companies.
- Organize and chair advisory councils, and deliver compelling product presentations.
- Train the field sales staff on product knowledge and marketing strategies.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
- Education: A mandatory combination of B. Pharma + MBA (in Marketing OR Pharma Management).
- Experience: Relevant experience in Pharma Marketing as specified above.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Gastro therapy area is preferred, though the company is open to candidates with experience across any therapeutic area.
- A proven and demonstrable track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in modern product management tools.
- Exceptional skills in communication and presentation.
- A strategic mindset focused on science-driven marketing strategies.
