IPCA Laboratories, a fully integrated global pharmaceutical company manufacturing over 350 formulations and 80 APIs for over 120 countries, is hosting a Walk-In Interview drive for its Athal Formulation Unit in Silvassa.

The company is seeking experienced candidates for various roles in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing. Candidates must be open to working in shift duties and possess prior experience in regulated pharma plants (USFDA, MHRA).

  • Date: Sunday, 16th November 2025
  • Timing: 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM
  • Venue: HOTEL WOODLANDS N.H. NO.48, NEAR DESAI AUTO MOBILES, BALITHA-VAPI, GUJARAT 396191.

Detailed Job Roles and Requirements

Roles are open from Technician/Jr. Officer up to Sr. Officer/Supervisor, requiring 1 to 7 years of experience in OSD manufacturing.

Important Instructions

  • Product Experience: Only candidates with exposure to Tablets and Capsule manufacturing will be considered. Experience with syrup, injectables, soft gelatin, or API products will not be considered for QA & QC roles.
  • QC Qualification: M.Sc. candidates will NOT be considered for the Quality Control Department.
  • Re-applicants: Candidates who have attended an interview at Ipca, Athal in the last six months are requested not to apply.
