The Common Recruitment Examination (CRE)-4 is a special initiative by participating All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and other Central Government Institutes/Bodies to recruit for various regular Non-Faculty Group-B and Group-C posts.
Online applications are invited from eligible Indian nationals. The posts carry usual allowances as per the rules of the respective Institute/Hospital.

Application Process & Guidelines
Mandatory Online Application: All candidates must apply only through ON-LINE mode on the website aiimsexams.ac.in.
Separate Applications: Applicants applying under different groups must fill a separate application for each group and pay the fee separately.
Eligibility Date: The crucial date for deciding eligibility (qualification/experience/age) is the closing date of online registration (December 2, 2025).
No Scrutiny: The examination is conducted without initial scrutiny of eligibility. Final appointment is strictly subject to the verification of all eligibility criteria.
NOC Mandatory: Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer by the specified date (06.12.2025), or their candidature will be cancelled.
