Departmental Focus Areas
1. Central Packing (Primary & Secondary)
- Scope: Oversight of the entire packing lifecycle, from blister/strip packing (Primary) to cartoning and shipper labeling (Secondary).
- Key Skills: Expertise in high-speed packing line management, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with serialization and track-and-trace norms.
2. Production (Granulation)
- Scope: Managing the initial stages of tablet/capsule manufacturing.
- Key Skills: Hands-on experience with RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator), FBP (Fluid Bed Processor), and sifting/milling equipment.
3. Stores (Raw Material / Packaging Material)
- Scope: Inventory management of active ingredients (APIs), excipients, and various packaging components.
- Key Skills: Proficiency in Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), SAP/ERP systems, dispensing operations, and material reconciliation.
Key Requirements
- Industry Background: Only candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical Formulations will be considered.
- Location: All positions are based at the Dholka Plant, Ahmedabad.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP standards is essential for all roles.
