The roles range from entry-level research to senior leadership, focusing heavily on LCMS and Preparative HPLC for New Chemical Entities (NCE).

Technical Responsibilities
For Research Associates (RA/SRA):
- Method Development: Developing LC-MS and Prep. HPLC methods for NCE molecules.
- Purification: Hands-on expertise in various purification techniques and column chemistries.
- Maintenance: Responsible for the daily operation, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
- Shift Work: Candidates must be willing to work in second and night shifts to ensure continuous delivery to the chemistry teams.
For Associate Research Scientists (ARS/PS):
- Leadership: Mentoring and coaching a team of young scientists.
- Strategic Support: Guiding the team across shifts to ensure timely analytical data delivery.
- CRO Experience: Proven track record of working in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the discovery chemistry team to move molecules through the pipeline.
Candidate Profile
- Technical Passion: A deep interest in characterization techniques and continuous learning.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate a transparent, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced culture.
- Communication: Fluent English (oral and written) to discuss complex scientific case studies.
- Integrity: High degree of professional integrity to maintain strict confidentiality of NCE data.
