Key Skills & Job Responsibilities
Technical Operations (Production & R&D)
- Production: Focus on solid dosage operations, maintaining BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records), and ensuring cGMP compliance.
- Analytical R&D: Cleaning method validation, method transfer, and strict adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
- Formulation R&D: Solid oral development, process validation, and MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) exposure.
Quality & Compliance (QA & QC)
- QA: Handling deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), audit readiness, and GDP (Good Documentation Practice).
- QC: Expertise in HPLC, UV/Vis, and IR analysis along with dissolution testing.
Infrastructure & Safety (EHS & Engineering)
- EHS: ISO 14001/45001 implementation and incident investigation.
- Projects: Tracking project execution, contractor coordination, and securing statutory approvals for the facility.
