ECHS Mumbai Recruitment 2026: Pharmacist Vacancies at Mumbai Upnagar & Thane

The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), under the Ministry of Defence, has announced openings for Pharmacists on a contractual basis. These positions are located at the ECHS Polyclinics in Mumbai Upnagar (Kanjurmarg) and Thane (Mankhurd).

ECHS is a flagship healthcare scheme of the Government of India, providing comprehensive medical care to Ex-Servicemen and their dependents through a vast network of polyclinics across the country.

Basic Qualification	B.Pharm from a recognized institute OR 10+2 (Science) with an approved D.Pharm
Registration	Must be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Experience	Minimum 03 years of work experience as a Pharmacist.
Age Limit	Maximum 56 years.
Remuneration	₹36,500/- per month (Consolidated).

Tenure & Terms

Duration: Initial engagement is for one year.
Renewal: Extendable for an additional year based on performance and age criteria.
Status: Purely contractual; candidates have no claim for permanent regular appointment.

Selection Process
