BHU Recruitment 2026: Project Associate-I Role Under MSME-Funded Cancer Research

Banaras Hindu University (BHU), in collaboration with MIRNOW LLP, is inviting online applications for the position of Project Associate-I. This recruitment is part of an MSME-funded research project titled “Prostate Cancer Biomarkers,” hosted at the Atal Incubation Centre, Institute of Management Studies.
The role is purely contractual for an initial period of three months (co-terminus with the project) and offers a fellowship as per DST norms.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (minimum 55% marks) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related disciplines. (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates).
- Technical Skills: A strong foundation in Molecular Biology is essential.
- Preferred Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on expertise in PCR, RT-PCR, Nucleic Acid extraction, or clinical diagnostics. Experience in startups or R&D environments is also a plus.
