Research Opportunities at THSTI Faridabad

The Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), an autonomous body under the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India, is hosting a walk-in selection drive for its maternal and child health research platform: “Surveillance and Pregnancy/Perinatal Research Platform for India.”

These positions are based at the NCR Biotech Science Cluster in Faridabad and are offered on a short-term, consolidated salary basis.

Vacant Positions & Eligibility

Research Scientist	01	Rs. 72,800/-	MBBS / PhD in Epidemiology/Public Health/Clinical Research OR Master’s in the same with 2 years experience.
Junior Research Scientist	01	Rs. 60,000/-	Master’s degree in Clinical Research / Epidemiology / Public Health / Clinical Trials.
Data Scientist	01	Rs. 50,000/-	B.Tech (CS/Data Science) OR M.Sc (Stats/Math/Data Science) OR Bachelor’s with 2 years experience in health data analysis.

Common Age Limit: 35 years (Relaxation applies for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per Govt. norms).

Core Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Lead and assist in statistical analysis of clinical data, exploratory data visualization, and longitudinal data modeling.
Scientific Writing: Prepare research manuscripts, analysis plans, and clinical summaries for publication.
Research Coordination: Track study progress, manage IEC/Ethics Committee submissions, and handle data queries.
Data Management: Clean, preprocess, and validate datasets using software like R statistical programming (highly desired).
