
The Department of Chemistry at BITS Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus, is inviting applications for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position under a prestigious DBT-sponsored research project. This multidisciplinary role offers a unique chance to work at the intersection of nanotechnology and food safety, focusing on the high-impact area of seafood analysis.
Project Details & Research Scope
The fellowship is part of the DBT-BUILDER program (BT/INF/22/SP42543/2021). The selected candidate will engage in:
- Developing nanostructured materials.
- Designing and testing nano/biosensors.
- Applying these technologies for the detection of contaminants or quality markers in seafood.
Eligibility and Fellowship Amount
Candidates must hold an M.Sc. in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Materials Science with a minimum of 60% or First Class marks.
