Department: Production-Filling (Aseptic Operations)

This specialized unit handles the critical stages of sterile manufacturing and vial filling.

Designations: Officer, Executive, Sr. Executive, Jr. Operator, Operator, Sr. Operator
Experience: 1 to 9 Years
Qualifications: M.Sc, B.Tech (Biotech), B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, ITI, Diploma, or any Degree.
Technical Skill Set:
- Operations: Hands-on experience with Lyophilizers (freeze-drying), Vial Filling & Sealing machines, and Depyrogenation tunnels.
- Sterilization: Proficiency in HPHV Steam Sterilizers, Aseptic Media fills, and Filter Integrity testing.
- Quality & Compliance: Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and equipment qualification protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).

Department: Labelling & Packing

This team oversees the final phase of production, ensuring products are accurately labeled and tracked for global distribution.

Designations: Jr. Executive, Executive, Jr. Operator, Operator, Sr. Operator
Experience: 1 to 6 Years
Qualifications: M.Sc, B.Pharmacy, ITI, Diploma, or any Graduate degree.
Technical Skill Set:
- Automation: Operating high-speed labelling machines and sophisticated Track & Trace systems.
- Quality Control: Experience in Manual Visual Inspection and detailed QMS documentation.
- Supervision: Overseeing packing line activities to ensure zero-defect output.
