Position Details
- Position: Senior Manager – Production (OSD – Oral Solid Dosage)
- Experience: 15-20 years of experience in OSD manufacturing is required.
- Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- Location: Sikkim I – Plant

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of production and management tasks, including:
- Timely delivery of products according to the Rolling Forecast (RFC).
- Ensuring the quality of products delivered to the market.
- Reviewing and approving QMS documents (e.g., Change controls, Market complaints, Annual Product Quality reviews).
- Maintaining building facilities and equipment through regular preventive maintenance, calibration, and requalification.
- Coordinating with various departments such as Warehouse, EHS, Engineering, QA, and QC to ensure policy and guideline implementation.
- Leading internal/external audits and ensuring timely responses to audit findings.
- Involvement in new projects and participation in the manufacturing and packing of scale-up and clinical trial batches.
- Developing team members to take on increased responsibilities.
