💯 Selection Criteria (Total Marks: 100)
Selection will be strictly based on merit and the rule of reservation. The 100 marks are distributed as follows:

| Contract Employment Weightage | Up to 15 marks | Weightage for contract service (non-NGO/outsourcing) is calculated per completed six months: – Tribal Area: 2.5 marks – Rural Area: 2.0 marks – Urban Area: 1.0 mark – COVID-19 Service: 0.5 marks per six months (or 0.8 marks per completed month if less than 6 months). |
📄 Essential Documents for Submission
Candidates must enclose attested copies of the following documents along with their application:
- Passport size photograph.
- SSC or equivalent examination certificate.
- Intermediate or 10+2 Examination certificate.
- Dip.Pharma / B.Pharma final certificate.
- Marks Memos of all years of Dip.Pharma / B.Pharma.
- Certificate of Permanent Registration in Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council (Fresh pass-outs must give an undertaking).
- Copy of Caste / Community Certificate (SC/ ST/ BC/ EWS) issued by the Revenue authority.
- Study Certificates from 4th to 10th class (to ascertain local status). In case of private study, a 7-year Local Status Certificate from the Tahsildar must be enclosed.
- Latest EWS certificate (if applicable).
- Copy of Physically Handicapped certificate (SADAREM, if applicable).
- Copy of certificate for Ex-service men (if applicable).
- Copy of certificate in support of Sports quota (if applicable).
- Original Contract/Service Certificate in the enclosed proforma for claiming service weightage (services in NGOs/outsourcing are not considered).
📜 Reservations
Reservations for BC, SC, ST, Women, Differently abled persons, Ex-servicemen, Meritorious Sports Persons, and EWS are applicable as per the respective G.O.s and rules of the AP State and Subordinate Services. Presidential orders governing local status (Zone-II) are also applicable.
