Key Technology Skills	Strong proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Excel is preferred.

Job Description & Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will focus on providing analytical and operational support for commercial effectiveness, with responsibilities including:

Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE): Working on SFE projects such as Field force sizing, Targeting, Alignment, Call planning, and Dashboard reporting for pharma clients.
Incentive Compensation (IC): Providing IC analytics support, which involves Plan Design, Goal Setting, IC administration, and IC reporting.
Data & Analytics:
- Developing SQL queries based on business rules.
- Developing Tableau dashboards based on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Triangulating data from multiple commercial sources (Patient claims data, Rx, SP, SD, Call activity, CRM data) to drive commercial effectiveness.
Client Communication: Communicating analytical insights and recommendations (qualitative and quantitative) to clients to facilitate data-enabled decision-making.
Project Leadership: Collaborating with onshore teams/clients, delegating tasks to junior team members, and taking accountability for end-to-end engagement management.
Process Improvement: Maintaining process assets (SOPs, Checklists) and establishing best practices.
Mentorship: Coaching and mentoring junior team members
