Eligibility Criteria (Deputation)

Candidates must be Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, UTs, Universities, or other recognized institutions who meet the following conditions:

1. Experience & Pay Scale:

(i) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/Department;
(ii) Having five years’ regular service in the grade rendered after appointment to a post in Level 10 (₹ 56,100 – ₹ 1,77,500) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/Department.

2. Essential Educational Qualification & Experience:

Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Bacteriology, Medicine, Microbiology, or Biotechnology from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience: Five years’ experience in drugs testing, standardisation, and research.

3. Desirable Qualification:

Doctorate (Ph.D.) in any of the essential Master’s degree subjects listed above.

Maximum Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as of the closing date of application receipt.
