The Regional Institute of Education (RIE), Mysuru, has issued a notification for a walk-in interview to fill the post of Pharmacist on a purely contractual basis. Venue: Conference Room, Regional Institute of Education, Mysuru.
Reporting Time: Candidates must report one hour prior to the interview commencement for mandatory document verification.

Eligibility Criteria

The Institute has set specific academic, experience, and age requirements for the contractual position:

Age Limit: The maximum age is 30 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories will be applied as per Government of India Rules.
Essential Qualification (Any One):
1. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma.)
2. 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy (First Class) from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, in addition to having passed 10+2 in Science (PCB/PCM) subjects.
Experience: Candidates with a Diploma must possess a minimum of two years of experience in any recognized hospital or pharmacy.
Registration: It is mandatory for the candidate to be Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.

All candidates must bring the following documents for scrutiny. Failure to produce the original certificates will result in the candidate being barred from the interview.

Detailed Bio-data/CV.
A recent passport size photograph.
All Original Certificates/Testimonials (Education, Experience, Registration) for verification.
Proof of Age (e.g., School Leaving Certificate).
Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in the required Government of India format.
One set of self-attested copies of all testimonials.

Note: Candidates who have previously served in the RIE, Mysuru or the PM Shri Demonstration School for 3 academic sessions in any capacity are not eligible to apply for this post. No Travel Allowance (TA) will be reimbursed for attending the interview.
