Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL) is inviting applications for a one-year apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961.

Stipend:
- Graduates: ₹9,000/- per month
- Diploma Holders: ₹8,000/- per month

Eligibility and Qualification

Candidates with the following qualifications from a recognized institution are eligible to apply:

Important Conditions

Residence: Applicants must be a native of Chhattisgarh.
Qualification Gap: The period between the date of acquiring the educational qualification and the date of joining the apprenticeship must be five years or less. Candidates who completed their graduation more than five years ago are not eligible.
Previous Experience: Candidates with one year or more of work experience or who have already undergone/are currently undergoing similar training under the Apprenticeship Act are not eligible.
NATS Registration: Candidates must register with the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) (www.nats.education.gov.in) and include their registration number in the application form.

Last Date for Application: November 21, 2025.
Submission Method: Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format only (enclosed with the original notification, not provided here) and can be submitted either by post or directly to the office (office hours: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm) until the deadline.

Selection Process and Required Documents

Selection Process: Based on the merit list of received applications, using the marks obtained in the graduation/diploma examination.
Training Period: The apprenticeship training is for a period of one year only. Completion of the training does not guarantee any type of temporary or permanent employment in CSPDCL.
Mandatory Documents (Photocopies to be attached):
- 10th and 12th mark sheets.
- Graduation/Diploma mark sheet/certificate.
- Permanent ST Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Chhattisgarh Government.
- Permanent Residence Certificate.
- NATS Registration Form with Registration Number and details filled.
- Self-Affidavit on stamp paper (Rs. 10 or Rs. 20, depending on the gap since qualification date).
