
The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), a unit of the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), has announced a walk-in interview for the position of Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) Coordinator. As a premier autonomous body under the Department of Atomic Energy, TMC offers a unique opportunity for Pharmacy and Life Sciences post-graduates to engage in the regulatory and ethical oversight of cancer research.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
TMC is looking for highly qualified professionals with a blend of academic excellence and specialized training in clinical regulations.
- Essential Educational Qualifications: * Post-Graduation (PG) in Science: M.Pharm, M.Sc. in Life Sciences, or Clinical Research/Regulatory Affairs.
- Minimum academic score of 65% in PG.
- Diploma in Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance from a recognized university.
- Mandatory Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Clinical Research or IEC Management.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years (Relaxable for candidates with extensive relevant experience).
Remuneration and Tenure
- Consolidated Salary: Rs. 27,690 to Rs. 35,000 per month. The exact pay will be determined based on experience that exceeds the minimum eligibility criteria.
- Duration: The initial contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on institutional requirements and candidate performance.
