Eligibility & Technical Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Option A: First-class PG Degree in Biotechnology / Biochemistry or related Biological Sciences + 3 years of experience in Human iPSC/Stem cell culture, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, and molecular cloning.
- Option B: PhD in Biotechnology / Biochemistry with demonstrated experience in the above technical areas.
- Note: If specific iPSC experience is unavailable, candidates with strong mammalian cell culture/stem cell experience will be considered.
Job Description & Desirable Skills
The selected scientist will be responsible for:
- Generating and characterizing iPSCs from patient-derived PBMCs.
- Conducting CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing and Sanger sequencing.
- Performing Phagocytic efficiency and Inflammatory Signaling assessments.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Flow Cytometry, PCR, and a strong record of scientific publications.
