Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Research, Allied Health Sciences, Biotechnology, or equivalent (min. 60% marks) with 2 years of experience in managing clinical research projects.
- OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine with 2 years of experience.
- OR Ph.D. in Clinical Research, Allied Health Sciences, or Biotechnology.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Oncology trials and patient recruitment.
- GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Training.
- Proficiency in Redcap database management and Microsoft Office tools.
Walk-in Interview & Selection Process
The selection involves a Written Test followed by an Interview.

Syllabus for Written Test:
- Basic knowledge of Oncology (Cancer).

- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Drug storage and patient care skills.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the “NAGA Study” operations, including:
- Patient Follow-up: Coordinating treatment and monitoring recruited patients.
- Data Management: High-quality data collection, entry, and checking.
- Coordination: Liaising between multiple centers involved in the Phase 3 trial.
