Key Responsibilities

As a Team Lead, the AGM/Senior Manager will oversee the following areas:

Impurity Research: Reviewing method development and validation, specifically for Nitrosamines and Genotoxic impurities using LC-MS.
Operational Management: Planning, allocating, and monitoring the workload for team members.
Method Transfer: Ensuring the seamless transfer of LC-MS methods from the lab to manufacturing sites.
Compliance & GLP: Ensuring all laboratory activities strictly adhere to GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and current global regulatory requirements.
Equipment Oversight: Reviewing IQ, OQ, and PQ documents for analytical instruments and managing master calibration schedules.
Documentation: Preparing and reviewing internal SOPs, validation protocols, and standard test procedures.
Investigation: Leading investigations into laboratory incidents and plant sample-related discrepancies.
Talent Development: Training and mentoring team members on advanced LC-MS techniques and updated documentation standards.
