ECHS Kolkata Recruitment 2026: Pharmacist Openings (Ministry of Defence)

The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), under the Ministry of Defence, has announced vacancies for Pharmacists on a contractual basis. These positions are distributed across four key polyclinics in the Kolkata region.

This is a prime opportunity for both Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and Civilian candidates to serve within a structured medical environment supported by the Indian Army.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: * B.Pharm from a recognized institute.
- OR 10+2 Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
Registration: Must be a registered Pharmacist.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant work experience.

Key Terms

Transferability: Employees may be transferred between any of the four polyclinics (Kolkata, Salt Lake, Howrah, Baruipur) based on requirement.
No TA/DA: No travel allowance will be provided for attending the interview.
