Key Responsibilities

Documentation: Preparation of Master Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance (QA/QC), and Engineering for the execution of Scale-up and Exhibit batches.
Process Optimization: Studying critical parameters during scale-up to optimize Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs).
Equipment Selection: Responsibility for selecting facility equipment and assessing process feasibility.
QMS Compliance: Facilitating and initiating Change Controls for BMR/BPR revisions and other process development (PD) changes.
Batch Readiness: Monitoring the readiness of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and miscellaneous items for batch execution.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy.
Mandatory Experience: Applicants must have hands-on experience in Injectables.
- Candidates from MS&TG (Manufacturing Science & Technology Group) or Production/Manufacturing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
