Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their Research & Development Operations team. This role is a vital link in the clinical trial process, ensuring that healthcare innovations—from smarter treatments to life-saving cures—are delivered with technical precision and regulatory integrity.

The Role at a Glance

As a Senior Site Manager (P5 level), you will serve as the primary point of contact between the sponsor and investigational sites. With a focus on Innovative Medicine and MedTech, you will be responsible for ensuring clinical trials are conducted in strict accordance with protocols, SOPs, and Global Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Oversight: Manage trial sites from start-up to closure, including feasibility assessments, qualification visits, and initiation.
Monitoring Excellence: Execute both on-site and remote monitoring, utilizing analytical risk-based models to resolve site-level issues proactively.
Patient Safety & Data: Oversee the accurate reporting of Adverse Events (AE/SAE) and ensure all clinical data is valid, complete, and submitted within set timelines.
Compliance & Training: Lead site staff training and ensure all documentation is inspection-ready at all times.
Mentorship: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), coaching junior Site Managers and contributing to global process improvements.

Candidate Profile

Experience: Typically 3–5 years in clinical trial operations or site management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Clinical Data Management, Research Ethics, and Laboratory Operations.
Behavioral Excellence: Strong focus on execution, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
