Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Background: Open to freshers or those with experience in Quality Assurance (IPQA, Validation, QMS, Compliance, etc.) within sterile or non-sterile dosage forms.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist in high-standard sterile manufacturing operations. Core tasks include:
- Compliance: Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining aseptic conditions.
- Documentation: Recording data in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and logbooks.
- Operations: Equipment cleaning, cleanroom gowning, and supporting validation or trial batches.
- Safety: Reporting deviations or breakdowns and ensuring strict hygiene in production zones.
