Eligibility Criteria

Recruitment is based on academic excellence and research contributions:

Assistant Professor: Requires a First Class B.Pharm and M.Pharm (or Pharm.D) in the relevant specialization.
Associate Professor (Level 13A1): Requires a Ph.D. and a minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 6 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE approved journals. Entry pay starts at ₹1,31,400.
Professor (Level 14): Requires a Ph.D. and 10 years of experience (including 3 years as Associate Professor). Candidates must have at least 10 publications or 6 publications plus 2 successful Ph.D. supervisions. Entry pay starts at ₹1,44,200.
