Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Manage project objectives, technology, and financial resources. Oversee the performance of direct and indirect reports.
- Operational Excellence: Lead a team of process technicians, optimize equipment use, and implement Lean Tools to drive efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and cGMP requirements within Upstream/Downstream manufacturing.

Candidate Profile
- Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma: 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Associate’s Degree: 6+ years of relevant experience.
- BA/BS: 2+ years of relevant experience.
- MBA/MS: Relevant experience is a plus.
- Essential Skills:
- Proven people management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of Upstream/Downstream cGMP operations.
- Strong decision-making and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Direct experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support problem-solving and enhance workflow.
- Strong track record in maintaining regulatory compliance through established programs.
