Pharm'Up 
The North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda & Folk Medicine Research (NEIAFMR), Pasighat, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Ayush, is inviting applications for the post of Pharmacognosist. This recruitment is primarily via Deputation, and if no suitable candidate is found, it will be filled via Direct Recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria (Direct Recruitment)
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Post Graduate Degree in Botany / Pharmacology / M. Pharma (Pharmacognosy) from a recognized university.
- 5 Years of research or academic experience in Pharmacognosy drug standardization.
- Minimum of 2 publications in peer-reviewed indexed journals.
- Desirable: Ph.D. in Pharmacognosy or Pharmacology.
Eligibility Criteria (Deputation)
- Age Limit: Up to 56 years.
- Requirements: Officers from Central/State Govts, Statutory/Autonomous bodies, or Universities holding analogous posts or with 3–8 years of regular service in specific pay grades (PB-3 or PB-2 with applicable Grade Pays).
Application Fee
Fees must be paid via Demand Draft (DD) in favor of “Director, NEIAFMR, Pasighat”, payable at Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh.

- SC / ST: ₹750
- Deputation Applicants: Exempted from fee.

Important Notes
- Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Test/Interview at Pasighat or within Arunachal Pradesh.

- Proper Channel: Candidates currently in government service must apply through the proper channel with a Vigilance Clearance and ACR/APAR dossiers for the last 5 years.
